My Story
I created VitalEase because I needed this kind of care, too.
As an IT consultant, I know what long hours, tight deadlines, and constant problem-solving can do to your body. The tension builds in your shoulders, back, and mind—and it is easy to keep pushing through while putting yourself last.
Assisted stretching was the first thing that made me feel lighter, more open, and freer in my movement—like my body finally had room to breathe. Before bringing it to VitalEase, I became a NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach so I could offer safe, personalized sessions built around comfort, mobility, and individual goals.
I also tried the 4D zero-gravity massage chair and red-light therapy myself before bringing them into the studio. The chair let me stay fully dressed, settle in, and release the tension I had been carrying. Together, these experiences gave me more ease in my body and a calmer mind.
